Application:

It consists of motor, hydraulic system, oil culinder, a pair ofknives, machine shelf and rotation rotors.
Work theory:the motor drives hydraulic system and oil cylinder; puhe tyre between two knives, I will be fixed by a locking arms, thenthe knives will be driven by the movement of cylinder, which makesthe two knives form into a scissors, and cut the tyre further .
